They changed the emergency room around so instead of speaking to a nurse face to face physically, you are talking through a computer screen. I personally don’t like it! Other than that the nurses are still friendly and helpful. Wait time is always around 2-3 hours.

I have stayed here on many occasions before having surgery at The Hospital for Special Surgery. What I like about the place is their proximity to NY Presbyterian and HSS. The rooms are simple but comfortable with kitchens included and the security is very good. By staying in the city (rather than commuting in from central New Jersey), I am guaranteed making my surgical time and the walk is less than a city block. It would be a wonderful place for family members to stay while one is in the hospital.

This is by far the best Women’s clinic in the New York City!! None compare to this facility. The care here is out of this world. They care so much about you and your well being. I’m so glad that I come here!! Even though I come all the way from the Bronx but I wouldn’t have it any other way!!!
